Healthcare and Social Development Minister of the Ulyanovsk Region Degtyar Pavel (Sergeyevich)

Degtyar Pavel (Sergeyevich) was born on February 15, 1981 in Penza. In 2004, he graduated from the Samara state medical university with a medical care degree, and in 2007 – the Saratov law institute of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with a law degree. Until 2005 he worked in K. R. Evgrafov Regional psychiatric hospital in Penza, and then as a clinical psychiatrist in Russia’s Federal Medico-Biological Agency hospital in Penza.

From 2007 until 2012, Pavel Sergeyevich worked in the Penza Region Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development, from 2010 – as a Deputy Director of the organization. He took charge of the Ulyanovsk Region Territorial Medical Care Insurance Fund in 2012.

Since February 2014, Pavel Sergeyevich was the Acting Deputy Prime Minister – the Minister of Health, Social Development and Sport of the region. He was appointed on March 28, 2014 as the Deputy Prime Minister – the Ulyanovsk Region Healthcare and Social Development Minister.
